I love working for MikLin because it's the first company I ever worked for that actually cares about their employees. The management and owners will go above and beyond for their employees. This is a company that won’t just make you feel like an employee but will make you feel like part of a family.

This is by far the best company I’ve worked for and I have been in the food industry for over 10 years. Through my dedication and hard work, MikLin knew my true potential and quickly promoted me as a General Manager. I love working for MikLin because it’s a team oriented business that goes above and beyond for their employees like family.

I like working for MikLin because throughout the years, I have always felt cared for and like part of the family, in a way. I like the structure that Jimmy John's provides, but love the care and personal touch that we get working for a family owned franchisee. I feel fortunate to have grown within this company and to have had the opportunity to be implemental to the growth of several of my employees.

I take no pleasure in having walked into the store on Wednesday, May 15th with a last minute request for an approximately 25 person order, and all that during the lunch rush! And yet, the team (Alexis, GM Shamia, and the whole crew) performed beyond expectation. I received many thanks from the meeting attendees on the timeliness of receiving their orders, that it pretty much matched what had been sent to another caterer who didn't show up, and that the meals were delicious. I can't say thank you enough for the "Freaky Fast" performance of the crew at Oak St on the U of M campus. It will not be forgotten!
