House Account Terms & Conditions

Acceptance & Termination: The business catering House Account subject to this Online application is not valid until the customer is notified by MikLin Enterprises DBA Jimmy John’s of acceptance. A House Account may be closed and terminated at any time by MikLin Enterprises or customer for any reason. Notwithstanding a termination, customer will remain responsible for all charges and matters regarding the House Account. Upon termination, all amounts then outstanding are due and payable immediately.

1. House Accounts and business catering orders are subject to these terms and conditions by MikLin Enterprises DBA Jimmy John’s, which may be changed at any time without notice.
2. House Accounts may be used only for purchases of Jimmy John’s menu items from locations that are owned and operated by MikLin Enterprises.
3. Upon approval of a business house account by MikLin Enterprises, your first catering transaction will be paid in full in advance via a credit card or ACH before future credit is determined.
4. We reserve the right to deny any application, retract an application or credit without providing disclosure.
5. Payment in full of a House Account statement must be received by MikLin Enterprises as described below no later than the 15th day following the statement date.
6. MikLin Enterprises reserves the right to charge late fee on any amounts not paid when due at the rate of 15% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less.
7. MikLin Enterprises, in its sole discretion, may restrict charges on a House Account, require advance payment of any order due to credit, payment or other issues determined by MikLin Enterprises
8. Delivery minimums and/or applicable taxes for an order vary by location. Please contact MikLin Enterprises directly for more details.
9. House Accounts are subject to the following minimum charges: $500.00 per month or $5,000.00 per quarter or $20,000.00 per year.
10. If a House Account does not meet the minimum charges or becomes past due over 30 days, the House Account will be closed, and MikLin Enterprises may require payment of all unpaid amounts via ACH or credit card.
11. A $ 35.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks, in addition to any fees or charges incurred by MikLin Enterprises as a result of a returned check.
12. All House Account information and statements will be sent via email to customer.
13. Customer will pay MikLin Enterprises all costs including attorney and collection fees incurred by collecting delinquent or dishonored payments.
